WEEK IN REVIEW
Astronomy Night
Thank you for participating in a fantastic Astronomy Night event.  We were overwhelmed by the amount of participation we had and proud that our parents are so invested in their children's learning.  Please watch the short video below to take a glimpse into this great family-bonding event.  A special thank you to Mr. Mike Mongo, our science team, our classroom teachers, our office staff and our sixth grade helpers for making it all come together.  I'd also like to thank Hurricane Matthew for staying away so that we could keep learning.

NJHS FSA Scoop Article by Madi Zintsmaster
The Florida Standards Assessment (FSA) “serve[s] Florida students by measuring education gains and progress.” Last year, Sigsbee had two middle school students who scored a hundred percent in English. These two honor students were Gabby Lee and Elizabeth Bendall! They were both in Ms. Wilson’s 6th grade honors English last year, and are now in Ms. Fournier’s 7th grade honors English. Gabby Lee and Elizabeth Bendall are two intelligent girls who earned all A’s last year. Their hard work helped these young women earn these high scores. Gabby and Elizabeth hope to score a hundred on this year’s English FSA once again.
