WE'RE GOING TO THE CIRCUS!

Friday, May 19th
Grades K-6 and 8 (7th grade will be at the Tortugas)

We're excited to offer this opportunity to our students and grateful to the Carr family for discounting the tickets for students.  Please use the link below to fill out the permission slip for your child.  Please fill out the form for each child as a separate submission.  There is NO cost for the field trip as we are using school funds to cover the tickets and transportation.

Opportunities to chaperone will not be known until all students have responded to the survey.  We need to see if we have tickets available.  PLEASE BE SURE TO FILL OUT THE SURVEY EVEN IF YOUR CHILD WILL NOT ATTEND.    Seventh graders will be on a separate trip that day and do not need to fill out this form.

The Flying Carrs Circus is a world class circus for audiences of all ages! There will be daredevils, acrobats, jugglers, aerialists, and more! We'll take you on a trip around the world in 80 minutes showcasing the many different cultures that make us unique! Join us for a wonderful event the whole family can enjoy! We are proud to be a 100% animal-free circus!

A Call for Donations:  The art room would like to make year-round use of the outdoor studio space (behind the classroom).  The kids love being out there, but the afternoon sun is brutal!  Please help us out.  We need patio umbrellas (and the weighted stands if you have them) to put in the tables.  Old umbrellas are fine!  They don't have to be new.  We would love help drilling holes in the tables to put the umbrellas through (I'll provide the drill and a large bit).
Thanks to anyone that can help!

Mrs. Kirk
