MEET THE TEACHER on TUESDAY!
Tuesday, August 14
8:30 AM- 10:00 AM
We are looking forward to seeing you at Meet-The-Teacher Tuesday morning from 8:30-10:00 AM. During this time, children and parents will be able to greet their teachers and see their classrooms as well as take care of any paperwork that is needed. Please remember to keep your children with you at all times.
To expedite your visit, please check your email on Monday afternoon to find a welcome message from your child's teacher. Middle school students can log into Focus for this information. Use the campus map to help navigate around the school.
The expectation for this event is that you will spend a few moments with your child's teacher and then take care of any other needed items. You do not need to spend the entire time onsite; it is more like an open house. If you sign in at your child's classroom and make sure your business items are done (pick up passes, submit registration, tend to any medical needs), you will receive 1.5 hours of volunteer service. You only need to sign in only ONCE and only one parent needs to do so.
Class lists will be posted near the grade level rooms in the event that you forget the name or location of your child's teacher. The following locations will be set up:
ROSTER CHECK AND CAMPUS MAPS (front circle with Mrs. Jannes)- stop by and meet the principal or get help finding your classroom
PTO SIGN UP (front circle with Mrs. Stolze)- learn how you can volunteer to make our school even more spectacular; vintage middle school uniform shirts will be on sale for $1.00
REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS AND HEALTH FORMS (office with Mrs. Rosch and Nurse Sweeney)- all paperwork, including physical forms, registration and any medication should be dropped off here.
BASE PASSES (inside library with Ms. Gladding and Mrs. Bartley)- pick up your base pass if you already gave us a copy of your license.
IMPORTANT- If you have not sent in a copy of your license and need a base pass, please stop by the library FIRST so we can start the process. We hope to have them done for you while you are visiting the classrooms. Return to the library at the end to pick up your pass.
