BUCKS FOR THE BAHAMAS
The SCS Student Council is working with Heartpack.org and Key West Cares to raise money to purchase school supplies for the Bahamas.  SCS will be using special pricing given to us by one of our distributors to order requested supplies and get them shipped to schools in need.  Please send any donations to school with your child and label the envelope so that we can direct the money to the appropriate place.  Write BAHAMAS BUCKS on the envelope.  


NURSE'S CLINIC NEEDS DONATIONS

The Clinic is in need of gently used girls and boys shorts and pants.  (Sizes 4x, 6x, 7, 8) Also in need of gently used socks. Next time your child outgrows them, please donate. 

LABEL YOUR WATER BOTTLES!
We have a large collection of water bottles with no names on them. Please make sure to label your child's bottle with a permanent marker so that we can return the bottles to their owners when found. Thanks!

SIGSBEE SCOOP Respect, Responsibility, Resilience January 16- January 22, 2017 WEEK AT A GLANCE: Monday January 16: Holiday: No School Tuesday, January 17: Ecology Club (3:15-4:15 PM) Wednesday, January 18: Enrichment- Early Out Thursday, January 19: SCS Board Meeting (4:00- 5:00 PM) Friday, January 20: Sunday, January 22: 8th grade car wash at VFW (10:00 AM -3:00 PM) A MEMORABLE EVENT AT SIGSBEE CHARTER SCHOOL Because of our transient student body and community, teachers at Sigsbee do not typically get to celebrate their students' elementary careers like most schools.  Many students move away within three years of arriving at Sigsbee.
