We are gathering information from Sigsbee parents to consider in our plans for reopening school. Please take a few minutes to fill out the survey, even if you filled out the survey provided by the District. This form is exclusive to Sigsbee Charter School families and will be used by our Re-Opening Task Force. Once we have gathered input from all of our stakeholders, we will share preliminary plans. Your timely response is appreciated. Thank you.

2021 APPROVED SCHOOL CALENDAR
This is the approved calendar for the 2020-2021 school year. The SCS Covid-19 Task Force will continue to meet over the summer to plan for the opening of school and make any necessary adjustments based on emerging guidelines from the CDC and WHO, as well as the Monroe County School District Task Force. While we are working on a plan to bring students back to campus, we recognize that this plan could quickly shift should we see a spike in Covid-19 cases.
SCS LOTTERY: JULY 9th
The application window for our lottery is officially open for new students.
- Friday, July 3rd: applications must be received to be included in the 2020-21 lottery
- Thursday, July 9th, 10:00 am: lottery
We will confirm receipt of your application within five school days. Please contact Mrs. Rosch via e-mail (Leslie.Rosch@Sigsbee.org) or by calling (305) 294-1861 with any questions.
Note: Normally, Sigsbee receives more applicants for enrollment than seats available at our school. All returning students are guaranteed a seat as long as they are in good standing. Therefore, be sure that your account balance has been addressed.
Siblings of Sigsbee students receive priority placement. However, it is important that each incoming sibling has applied before the deadline. Please make sure you fill out the Application for Enrollment as soon as possible by visiting: https://www.sigsbee.org/families/applicationregistration
Withdrawal forms can also be found on the Application site. It is important for all non-returning families to notify us as soon as possible so that we can offer seats to those in the lottery.
