Please come out and support these awesome warriors as they pedal through Key West on Saturday. Our hand painted banners are displayed by the Garrison Bight (across from the Circle K).

Warriors leave Boca Chica around 10:15 AM
Arrive at Triangle a little after 10:30 AM
Opening Ceremonies set for 11:45 at Bayview Park
Each day Konk Life is showing one of the images of the Sigsbee kids doing their banners and the Weekly will be featuring our students creating their banners as well.

We are proud to announce that Sigsbee Charter has been names a 5 Star School by the Florida Department of Education. The Five Star School Award was created by the Commissioner's Community Involvement Council and is presented annually to those schools that have shown evidence of exemplary community involvement. In order to earn Five Star School recognition, a school must show documentation that it has achieved 100 percent of the established criteria in the following categories. Schools must also earn a grade of "C" or above, or school improvement rating of "maintaining or improving" for the year of nomination.

Please remember that this is the most productive season of the academic year, with several solid weeks until the next significant break. Teachers are ready to cover a substantial portion of the curriculum this quarter, before we head into state testing season. It is imperative that students are in school every day, on time, as long as they are not ill. Thank you for your cooperation in helping your child succeed.
